About Mrs K King

I first walked through the door as a parent in September in 1994 when my son came to Field Court, followed by my daughter in 1998. Although having a 'gap year' with no child here, I continued to support our school in many ways. 

I have enjoyed many roles within the school including PTA Treasurer, Parent helper, Book Shop administrator, Teaching Assistant (with HLTA), ICT technician, website administrator and now I am thoroughly enjoying my working life in the Finance Office. 

I was appointed as Clerk to Governors on 1st April 2000 and have since seen our school develop and progress over the years from an VC school to an Academy and now to being a member of DGAT. I was also Clerk to Governors at Field Court Junior Academy from September 2000 to July 2014. 

I feel honoured to be part of the Field Court family and my motto is 'If you enjoy what you do, then you will never work a day in your life!'
